Council for Nursing Specialization for the GCC Lecture
March 23rd at 12:00pm in the auditorium Dr. Fauzia and Mrs. Layla Jassmi will introduce everyone to the Council for Nursing Specialization for the GCC, their mission, vision, and values.  In addition, they will discuss the sub-councils, workshops available and membership. 

D-Day presented by the UCQ Debate Club
March 28, 2010 from 10:00am - 12:00pm in the auditorium.  This is open to the public, all are welcome.  Motion: Hiring foreign nurses is the best solution to the nursing shortage in Qatar.

8th Annual Gulf Heart Association Cardiovascular Conference

The GHA with its specialized members and international visitors aim at spreading knowledge in the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease.

Nominations for President's Award now open.
Nominations are now open for the 2010 President’s Award for Excellence in Student Leadership.  This will be the third year that the University of Calgary offers this award to five graduating students (undergraduate or graduate) that represent the best in excellent academic achievement combined with outstanding extracurricular contributions to the university at large.
